Est. 2018 — Marikina Heights
A general veterinary practice for dogs and cats. We take our time, explain everything, and send you home with a written plan.
Most pets hate the vet. We accepted that on day one and designed around it. Separate dog and cat waiting rooms, soft lighting in the exam suites, and pheromone diffusers in every consult area. We don't rush the visit. A first appointment is forty-five minutes, not fifteen.
Our practice is small on purpose. Four vets, two technicians, one front-desk. The team has been together since 2020 — which means your dog will likely see the same doctor at every visit, and that doctor will remember her name without checking the chart.
We do general medicine, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and emergency care. We are honest about what we don't do — orthopedics and oncology we refer to the university hospital in QC, and we'll help you make the appointment.
"A vet visit shouldn't feel like a transaction. It should feel like a check-in with someone who knows your dog."— Dr. Mara Cruz, Founding Veterinarian
Every service includes a written summary at the end of the visit. No verbal-only diagnoses, no take-our-word-for-it pricing.
Annual check-ups, vaccinations, parasite control, and the kind of routine care that prevents the expensive surprises.
In-house blood, urine, and fecal panels with same-day results. Digital X-ray and ultrasound on premises.
Spay, neuter, mass removal, and minor abdominal surgery. Multimodal pain control and overnight monitoring included.
Full scale-and-polish under anesthesia, with pre-anesthetic blood work and dental X-ray included.
A vet on call every night and weekend. Open-door triage during clinic hours — no appointment needed for true emergencies.
Quiet, unhurried euthanasia in our home-visit suite or at your residence. We take the call seriously and stay until you're ready.
Every member of our clinical team is licensed by the PRC and the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association. We post their CVs in the lobby — and we mean post them on a real wall.

Here's exactly what happens from the moment you walk in until you walk out. Plan for about an hour for a first visit.
Separate entrances for dogs and cats. You're greeted by name, given a clipboard with a one-page history form, and shown to whichever waiting area suits your pet.
5 minA full exam from nose to tail with the vet in the room with you. We talk through diet, behaviour, and history. Questions are welcomed — we expect them.
25 – 40 minIf diagnostics or treatment are needed, you get a written quote before anything is run. You decide what to proceed with — nothing is ordered without your sign-off.
10 minYou leave with a printed visit summary, the diagnosis in plain language, every medication labelled, and the front-desk number for follow-up.
5 minMonthly plans that bundle the year's routine care into a fixed payment. Cancel any time — no contracts. Standalone visits are also welcome at our regular rates.
Sign-up requires a 30-minute baseline consult (₱950, refunded against your first month). Multi-pet households get 10% off each additional plan.
"Brought my anxious shih tzu after years of bad clinic experiences. Dr. Iggy sat on the floor with her for ten minutes before even touching her. Best decision we made was switching here."
"They explained the dental procedure twice, gave me a written quote, and the final bill was exactly what they said. No upsells. My boy came home calmer than he went in."
"Lost our 14-year-old here in September. Dr. Mara stayed in the room with us for an hour. They sent a hand-written card a week later. That kind of care is rare."
"Took my cat on a Sunday night for a urinary blockage. Dr. Sam met us at the door in fifteen minutes. He didn't make us feel like an inconvenience — that mattered."
"I have three dogs and three cats. The wellness plan saves us about ₱12,000 a year and means I don't postpone visits because of cost. Worth every centavo."
"They were honest that the lump my dog had needed an oncologist they don't have on staff. Made the referral, sent the records over, and followed up the next week. That's a real clinic."
We reply to all requests within a few hours during clinic hours. For emergencies, please call the 24/7 line directly.
