The Clinic

Built for animals who'd rather be anywhere else.

Most pets hate the vet. We accepted that on day one and designed around it. Separate dog and cat waiting rooms, soft lighting in the exam suites, and pheromone diffusers in every consult area. We don't rush the visit. A first appointment is forty-five minutes, not fifteen.

Our practice is small on purpose. Four vets, two technicians, one front-desk. The team has been together since 2020 — which means your dog will likely see the same doctor at every visit, and that doctor will remember her name without checking the chart.

We do general medicine, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and emergency care. We are honest about what we don't do — orthopedics and oncology we refer to the university hospital in QC, and we'll help you make the appointment.

"A vet visit shouldn't feel like a transaction. It should feel like a check-in with someone who knows your dog."

"Brought my anxious shih tzu after years of bad clinic experiences. Dr. Iggy sat on the floor with her for ten minutes before even touching her. Best decision we made was switching here."

Common Questions

Answers, before you ask.

For routine visits and check-ups, please book in advance — we keep appointments at 45 minutes each so we can't accommodate walk-ins without delay. For true emergencies, the door is open during clinic hours and the 24/7 line is staffed every night.
A first consultation is ₱950 and runs about 45 minutes. That covers a head-to-tail physical exam, a sit-down history review, weight and nutrition assessment, and a written plan. Vaccines, diagnostics, or treatments are quoted separately and you decide before anything is administered.
Cash, GCash, Maya, and all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For surgeries over ₱15,000 we offer a three-installment plan at no interest with a valid ID and signed agreement.
We are a dog-and-cat practice. We don't have the equipment or specialty training for exotics and won't take cases we can't do safely. For rabbits and small mammals we refer to Animal House in Cubao; for birds and reptiles, to VetPet QC. We're happy to make the introduction.
Any previous medical records or vaccine booklets you have, the food you're currently feeding (or a photo of the label), and a list of any medications. For cats, please use a hard carrier — not a sling or open basket. For dogs, a regular leash (no retractable, please).
Call us immediately for: difficulty breathing, repeated vomiting, collapse, seizure, suspected poisoning, severe bleeding, inability to urinate (especially in male cats), bloated abdomen, or any trauma. If you're unsure, call anyway — we'd rather you ask than wait.
